Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT: A full amount of payment is required on pre-orders. 

ORDER TRACKING: After you successfully place an order, we will send an email to your registered contact details with the details of your purchase. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order. 

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know when your order is on the way.

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know when your order is on the way. This estimate is the most recent date which our manufacturer has given us. While we try our best to notify our customers of any changes to these ETA dates ASAP, we're not liable for manufacturing delays as these changes are unfortunately beyond our control. 

SHIPPING CHARGES: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package, and your destination.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
